What To Expect
The Guest Experience Host is the first impression of the Tesla Diner — welcoming guests, providing menu guidance, and delivering an elevated hospitality experience from arrival through departure. This role requires a proactive, floor-present approach, anticipating guest needs before they arise and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.

What You'll Do

Greet and orient guests upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and clear overview of the layout, amenities, and ordering process

Maintain an upbeat, confident presence while setting clear expectations for the guest experience from start to finish

Guide guests through menu offerings, including categories, popular items, modifications, and allergens, while identifying upsell opportunities

Assist with kiosk navigation, troubleshoot minor technical issues, escalate as needed, and process payments when kiosks are non-functional

Communicate accurate wait times and proactively manage guest expectations throughout their visit

What You'll Bring

Energetic, detail-oriented team player with the ability to multitask under pressure and collaborate across front and back of house

Genuine passion for guest hospitality with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

Prior experience in a host, cashier, or front of house role preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required

Comfortable handling cash, credit cards, and POS systems with basic math proficiency

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and 8-hour rotating shifts

Expected Compensation

$15.16 - $22.74/hour cash and stock awards benefits
