What You'll Do
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making across departments Evaluate existing systems and workflows to identify and implement process optimizations Assist in internal and external audits by preparing data, reports, and documentation for compliance Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions Support the integration of new tools or technologies to enhance data accuracy and accessibility Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
What You'll Bring
Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for data manipulation and analysis Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly and concisely
