Bilingual Operations Coordinator – Growth to Operations Manager

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do
As our Operations Coordinator, you’ll help keep the entire business running smoothly by supporting customers, sales representatives, installers, and company leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Managing incoming leads and customer communication through our CRM
● Scheduling sales appointments and following up with prospective customers
● Preparing quotes, contracts, invoices, and customer documentation
● Coordinating projects from signed contract through installation and completion
● Communicating with customers, installers, subcontractors, manufacturers, and sales representatives
● Tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines, documentation, and customer communication stay on schedule
● Maintaining organized project files and accurate CRM records
● Supporting the sales team with scheduling, documentation, and follow-up
● Assisting with project photos, short videos, and social media content when needed
● Helping improve internal processes through technology, automation, and AI tools

Technology You’ll Use
You’ll work with a variety of modern business tools, including:
● GoHighLevel CRM
● QuickBooks
● Google Workspace
● Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
● Electronic signature platforms
● Canva
● Meta Business Suite
● AI tools such as ChatGPT

Experience with these platforms is helpful but not required. We value curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience
Construction or home improvement experience is highly preferred but not required for an exceptional candidate.
Relevant industries include:
● Windows & Doors
● Remodeling
● Roofing
● HVAC
● Solar
● Plumbing
● Electrical
● Restoration
● Painting
● Other residential construction trades

Experience coordinating projects, installers, subcontractors, permits, inspections, or customer service within the construction industry is a strong advantage.

Minimum Qualifications
● Fluent in English and Spanish
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
● Strong communication and customer service skills
● Comfortable using computers and cloud-based software
● Ability to work independently and stay organized

We care more about attitude, ownership, and problem-solving ability than a specific number of years of experience or a college degree.
Candidates from operations, office administration, project coordination, construction, customer service, or sales support backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
