Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Laguna Hills.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a professional office environment, likes staying organized, and wants to grow into broader responsibilities over time. You do not need to come in with deep technical experience — we will train the right person.
This position supports day-to-day business operations including order coordination, customer support, inventory tracking, vendor follow-up, and general operational tasks. Over time, the role can grow into higher-level responsibilities depending on the person’s strengths and development.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and process customer orders accurately
- Help prepare and organize outgoing shipments
- Track order status and provide clear updates when needed
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate records across company systems
- Support customer communication related to orders, shipments, and follow-up
- Assist with vendor communication and purchase order coordination
- Help keep operations organized, efficient, and accurate
- Support internal documentation and process improvement
- Assist with light product handling, labeling, and organization
- Learn additional systems and responsibilities as the role grows
