What You'll Do
- Effectively/enthusiastically deliver equipment-specific training toFieldTechnicians and Engineers in classroom and field settings using a variety of presentation formats including Instructor-Led, Facilitative group learning, active hands-on learning, and functional assessments
Provide comprehensive schedule management and tracking oflearners'completed and required training in the Tesla-specific Learning Management software system
Work cross-functionally with the Training Systems and Development team to manage content storage andidentifyand trackmeasures-of-successmetrics
Support development ofhigh-quality, engaging technical content and lab exercises on a wide variety of applications (basic and advanced) in concert with process SMEs

Technology Skills: Ability to integrate computer applications into teaching

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
