Candidate in this role will apply their academic knowledge to enable successful launch of complex SOC's starting from first silicon bring up, characterization, qualification through volume production.
We are open to hiring in Austin, TX; Palo Alto, CA.
What You'll Do
- Initial silicon bring-up with variety of targeted tests - structural, functional, parametric
- Characterize various IP's, processors cores on across process, voltage, temperature
- Evaluate silicon life using accelerated stress, debug failures, quantify performance shifts
- Analyze data from volume production, identify solutions to improve yield, throughput
- Use different platforms such as ATE, SLT, Bench for silicon evaluation
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding in CMOS fabrication process
- Solid understanding of digital, analog, mixed signal circuits
- Good understanding of DFT concepts such as ATPG, MBIST is a plus
- Statistical data analysis techniques, automation skills
