What You'll Do
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess hiring requirements and develop a plan to meet goals
Provide consistent recruiting updates to hiring managers and business leaders
Take a data-driven approach to assesseffectiveness of sourcing strategy and interviewprocess; own recruiting process end to end
Identify, attract, andhiretop talent using various tools (ATS, LinkedIn,Indeed, etc)
Provide an excellent candidate interview experience
What You'll Bring
2 years offull-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
Evidence of exceptional ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to successfully manage an average of 15 individual reqs
Ability to understand complex compensation packages and convey itin a digestible way to candidates
Ability to create andmaintainahealthy relationshipsacross all functions of the company
Ability to workin ambiguity andunder significant pressure with challenging deadlines
