What You'll Do
- Identify,define, andimplementnew processes, tools, and featuresthat improvethespeed and reliability of commissioning GWh-scalebattery systems
- Define, collect, andanalyzesuccessmetricsand reporton thosemetrics toa broad range of stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with engineering,operations, andbusiness personnel
What You'll Bring
- Degree in relevant Engineering discipline with 2 years' work experience,or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- Demonstrated application of analysis,design, and testingto solve complex engineering problems(e.g., troubleshootingREST APIsor IOT user interfaces)
- Exceptional ability to communicate across a wide range of cross-functional teams and stakeholders with competence and clarity
- Familiarity with industrial power systems
- A passion for sustainableenergy

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
