As Cafe General Manager, you will lead the daily operations of multiple cafe and dining locations within a dynamic corporate environment. This role is responsible for delivering an elevated hospitality experience while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and strong client partnerships. You will oversee a team of managers and associates, collaborate closely with culinary leadership, and help shape innovative food and workplace hospitality programs that reflect Tesla's culture and high standards. Role will require up to 25% travel.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple cafe and dining locations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent service standards
- Lead, develop, and mentor a diverse team of managers and frontline associates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and cross-functional partners
- Partner with culinary leadership to develop creative, high-quality menus and dining experiences
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and overall accountability
- Drive operational efficiencies while maintaining a strong focus on food quality, hospitality, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operational standards

Expected Compensation
$76,000 - $156,000/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
