This IT Service Delivery Intern will be provided a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-user equipment deployment and Service Desk support, while working closely with our team to optimize new user onboarding processes and Service Desk KPIs.
How You'll Help The Formula
- Assist with the deployment of end-user equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient setup for new users.
- Provide support to the Service Desk, addressing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for optimizing existing deployment and support technologies.
- Contribute to the improvement of Service Desk KPIs through innovative solutions and process enhancements.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Must be pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technologies or similar field.
- Strong technical aptitude with a keen interest in IT operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Some travel may be required; up to 10%.
