Full-Time | $15.00-$20.00 per Hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM | Occasional Overtime Available

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher to join our growing office team. Position Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide outstanding customer service
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatching activities
- Communicate appointment confirmations, updates, and schedule changes with customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and service information within company software systems
- Coordinate return visits, follow-up appointments, and service reminders
- Support maintenance agreement scheduling and customer retention efforts
- Assist with daily dispatch operations to maximize technician efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Learn HVAC service processes, terminology, and scheduling procedures
- Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed
- Work closely with technicians, managers, and customers to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling and dispatch software
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Administrative, customer service, receptionist, scheduling, or call center experience preferred
- Dispatching experience is helpful but not required
- HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry experience is a plus
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
