Full-Time | $15.00-$40.00 per Hour Based on Experience and Credentials
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Overtime, On-Call, and Seasonal Flexibility as Needed

We are currently hiring both entry-level and experienced HVAC Service Technicians. Position Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and system inspections
- Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment to identify system issues
- Recommend and complete repairs that improve equipment performance and reliability
- Service gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding system condition, repair options, and recommendations
- Complete service documentation, work orders, and reports accurately
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, HVAC codes, and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company procedures and provide exceptional customer service on every call
Qualifications
Entry-Level Candidates
- Mechanical aptitude and strong desire to learn the HVAC trade
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Trade school, technical school, or HVAC education is a plus but not required
Experienced Candidates
- Two or more years of HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- NATE Certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting experience with residential HVAC systems
- Knowledge of refrigerant systems, gas furnaces, heat pumps, electrical controls, and ventilation systems
- Ability to service and repair a wide range of residential HVAC equipment
- Understanding of low-voltage controls and applicable HVAC codes
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to quality workmanship, professionalism, and safety
