Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of site work projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review contracts, change orders, and subcontractor agreements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Prepare and submit project documentation including RFIs, submittals, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Proactively identify risks, delays, and cost impacts, implementing solutions as needed.
- Lead and support project teams to achieve performance and productivity goals.
Requirements
- 5 years of project management experience in site work, excavation, or underground utility construction.
- Strong knowledge of earthwork, grading, underground utilities, and paving operations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors effectively.
- OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
- MOT certification (preferred).

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
