Registered Nurse - Allumbaugh House - Nights - On-Call

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide professional nursing care in collaboration with multi-disciplinary treatment team members. Responsibilities include the ongoing assessment, planning and treatment for patients at Allumbaugh House.

1. Administer patient medication.
2. Monitor and assess patient status.
3. Participate in milieu management.
4. Assists in intake and discharge of patients.
5. Assists in development of an individualized plan of care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Successful clearance of Department of Health and Welfare criminal background check.
2. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Idaho.
3. Understanding and adherence to ethical standards of the respective licensure board.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
5. Knowledge of computer and email systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. One year work experience in a behavioral health setting.
2. Two or more years' experience in the field of alcoholism, substance use disorders and mental health.
3. Knowledge of electronic health records systems.
