Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and secure new catering clients through innovative sales strategies and community engagement.
- Focus on booking onsite events at our venue and coordinating offsite catering services for external locations.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with repeat customers to drive loyalty and consistent business growth.
- Represent Terry Black’s Barbecue at networking events, industry expos, and community functions.
Contract Negotiation:
- Develop tailored catering proposals and finalize contracts to balance client satisfaction and profitability.
- Ensure clear communication of client needs to internal teams for seamless event delivery.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with clients to craft customized barbecue menus and coordinate event logistics for both onsite and offsite events.
