Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides vital support to the Facilities Department by responding to maintenance and fuel service repair requests. The CSR is responsible for opening and closing service tickets, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up, and supporting various departmental projects and reporting initiatives to improve overall efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and log requests for maintenance and fuel service repairs.
- Open, monitor, and close service tickets for facilities technicians.
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on service requests.
- Assist with departmental projects and reporting tasks to enhance operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal staff and external partners
.

- Previous dispatching experience preferred.
- Strong ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other) preferred.
- Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, on a rotational basis.
