We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, values collaboration, and is looking to grow within a supportive and expanding practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state regulations
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community supports when needed
- Participate in supervision, meetings, and case consultations as required
- Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey LPC license required
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Reliable transportation preferred for community-based sessions
- Bilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply
