Position Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families. This role is ideal for clinicians pursuing full licensure (LPC) and looking for structured supervision, flexibility, and a supportive team environment. Sessions may be conducted in-person (at our NJ office) and/or via telehealth.

Responsibilities

Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families (ages 14 )

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA

Participate in clinical supervision and team consultations

Qualifications

Masters degree in Counseling or a related field

Active Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) credential in New Jersey

Eligible for clinical supervision toward LPC
