What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member / Ground Hand position at TerraSol LLC?
TerraSol LLC is a small, family owned company based out of Taylor, Texas. We perform work in the vegetation maintenance sector. Work scopes include but not limited to : Large acreage shredding with batwing shredders and mowing with zero turns, weed-eating, mechanical and hand clearing of brush, trees, and other undesired vegetation, herbicide applications, fertilizer applications, etc.
Responsibilities of a Laborer / Hand will include:
- Running hand tools such as a weed-eater or chainsaws to assist with the removal of undesired vegetation.
- operating smaller equipment types such as a zero turn mower.
- operation of company owned vehicles on public roads to assist with transportation.
- Assisting fellow employees with different responsibilities and projects to have a satisfactory completion of a project.
Applicant must have prior experience working in a vegetation maintenance setting.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
