Responsibilities
- Perform thorough hand washes of vehicles using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques to ensure a streak-free finish.
- Conduct detailed vehicle detailing, including interior cleaning, vacuuming, window tinting, and buffing to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean work area in compliance with safety standards.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by addressing customer questions and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process.
- Assist with general janitorial duties such as trash removal, surface cleaning, and maintaining cleanliness of the work environment.
- Support other team members with additional tasks like car wash operations or custodial duties as needed to maintain workflow.
- Follow all safety protocols related to vehicle handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment use.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Experience in car wash operations or detailing is highly desirable; familiarity with buffing and window tinting is a plus.
- Knowledge of custodial or janitorial practices to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Ability to operate basic cleaning tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Previous driving experience or valid driver’s license preferred for moving vehicles within the facility.
