Company: TerraSlate Inc.
The Ideal Candidate
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on driving measurable results? Do you excel at managing creative vendors and ensuring every marketing dollar delivers impact? Are you confident leading multiple external teams while keeping strategy, messaging, and execution aligned? If so, this role is for you.
TerraSlate is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to lead, oversee, and coordinate all marketing functions through vendor partnerships, driving profitable revenue growth. You will work closely with our social media, email, CRO/SEO, and video production vendors by attending their weekly meetings, holding them accountable to performance targets, providing guidance and feedback, and ensuring our brand strategy and messaging stay sharp across every channel. Additionally, you will manage our internal graphic design and digital advertising teams, a video editor, and align marketing efforts across our brand management team.

You will create scalable systems and dashboards that keep our marketing performance transparent and accountable. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where structure, creativity, and data meet to drive results. This role oversees marketing budgets and holds performance accountability for all external marketing vendors and paid channels, with the authority to recommend and implement reallocations based on performance data.
