- Develop conceptual estimates based on preliminary plans and information
- Complete quantity take-offs and internal estimates.
- Thoroughly review and understand project documents, project scope and special requirements for each project.
- Identify and solicit appropriate subcontractor and supplier bids based on project requirements.
- Comprehensive scope comparison to analyze subcontractor and supplier proposals.
- Initiate alternative pricing options including value enhancement opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients.
- Coordinate the project transition from preconstruction and the bid phase to the construction project team.

Requirements
Preconstruction Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience living and working in Denver.
- Fulltime employment in the Denver office.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and Procore
Salary : $125,000 - $160,000
