Role Summary

Role Responsibilities
- Shares tree knowledge to service the customer to assists with customer purchases by cutting, baling, and tying trees to vehicles
- Delivers a seamless shopping experience through understanding and utilization of MPOS for an efficient check out
- Enjoys working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, contributing to the holiday experience by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others
- Assists leadership team in maintain tree yard standards and stocking trees
- Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store
- Experience in customer service
- Basic knowledge and skill of power tools
- Ability to lift in excess of 50lbs and push 100lbs on a daily basis
- Willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
