Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments to identify nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients and their families

Develop and implement nutrition programs to promote patient well-being and quality of life

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
