Responsibilities
- To present a high-energy sales presentation in a group setting, discussing the multiple benefits of vacation ownership.
- To ensure professionalism and excellence in podium presentation as well as included materials and equipment.
- To provide a high level of time management including presentation time and down-time.
- To drive sales results and achieve budgeted sales targets.
- To assess performance trends of Sales Representatives and provide regular feedback to Sales Managers.
- To embrace change and align with strategic direction of Somerpointe Resorts.
- To consistently demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with team members, management, members, owners, and guests.
- To complete all required company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
- To adhere to company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
- To perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Demonstrated ability to perform as a confident communicator who is able to adapt his or her strategy and approach to reach varied groups and individuals.
- Strong memorization skills.
