Essential Functions
- Oversee the recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations of AR clerks
- Maintain communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
- Research and resolve owner issues and payment discrepancies
- Open and sort mail and bank bags
- Endorse and post owner payments
- Prepare bank deposits and process manually or electronically
- Process account adjustments, credits and charge sheets
- Manually apply credits to appropriate charges
- Process address change requests and ACH applications
- Maintain accurate financial records in accounting systems
- Other duties may be assigned
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this position:

Minimum Qualifications
- Three years accounting experience in a high-volume environment
- One year supervisory experience
- Customer service experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
- Proficient in data entry and time management
- Vantaca Accounting Software experience
- Accounts Receivable experience
- See and read small print, both on paper and on a computer screen, quickly and accurately.
- Sit for extended periods of time while working at a computer.
- Ability to listen and speak clearly in both phone and face-to-face interactions
