What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server and Barista position at Terra Cafe?
Terra Cafe is actively seeking qualified candidates for our front-of-house staff.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in full service, multi-service restaurants/cafes/bakeries
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Flexible schedule, able to work weekends and holidays
-Strong desire to perform, task-driven and goal oriented individual
-Passionate about eating great food, discussing food and industry topics
-Takes direction and criticism well, remains open minded and shows willingness to learn and/or practice new techniques
Responsibilities: -Maintains station, stocking, rotating, and prepping all items for service
-Maintains clean and sanitary work environment
-Maintains a team oriented environment
-Assists with putting orders away, stocking areas of the restaurant, helps maintain a clean and organized restaurant
- Current Food Handler’s Certificate a plus.
