What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Rising Creek 2 - Tutto Gelato?
Rising Creek 2 - Tutto Gelato is Looking for individuals to fill our front of house positions for the day shift throughout the week and weekend throughout the year - our hours are 8-3, Wednesday through Sunday. We are looking for candidates that are able to work in the morning, opening shifts.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and a fast learner. We have a team-oriented work environment and need individuals who are motivated to excel and educate customers about our products. We have several positions available with a flexible schedule for day or afternoon for our weekend and weekday shifts.
Experience preferred, but not necessary. References are required.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to make guests feel welcome.
- Accurate cash handling and operation of POS system.
- Stocking and restocking all products for sale.
- The ability to work closely with team members during a shift with enough flexibility to chip in where needed to get the job done.
- Provide a high level of coffee service making a wide range of espresso and non-espresso drinks.
- Keeping up with high cleanliness standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
