Job Description:
Provide Information Technology (IT) subject matter expertise, programmatic, and technical policy support to senior-level DoD Cybersecurity clients focused on Mobility, Cloud, and Internet of Things (IoT). Analyst will develop IT strategy, policy, and governance doctrine, conduct industry engagement & outreach, and metrics activities to support DoD enterprise capabilities. Analyst will provide support, guidance, and collaborate with DoD Combatant Commands, services, and agencies to build consensus based on best practices and lessons learned. Analyst will develop briefings, whitepapers, and other materials for senior DoD officials in response to statutory and regulatory requirements and plan and execute industry engagements for senior DoD officials.
Requirements:
- BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience with mobile device support, mobile device management, and/or mobile security.
- 5 years experience with Information Technology (e.g., systems engineering, systems administration, etc.) or Cybersecurity for the DoD or other government agencies.
- Experience with briefing and producing work products for senior clients, including GS-15, SES, or Flag level.
- Experience with technical writing, development of whitepapers, and delivering PowerPoint briefings (must provide examples).
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Demonstrable knowledge of DoD Cybersecurity policy and strategic objectives.
- Demonstrable experience with technical writing, including security policy analysis, guidance, and memorandums (must provide examples).
- Knowledge of and/or hands on experience with any of the following: Information Technology architectures, systems engineering, enterprise support, etc.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with mobile devices, mobile device management, and mobile architectures focused on mobile security.
- Experience with IT policies and regulations, including the DoD Cybersecurity 8100/8500/8510 issuances.
- Experience implementing DoD, Intelligence Community, and/or NIST Special Publications.
- Experience as a senior action officer or in a chief of staff role.
- Experience with the DoD at the staff-level, including OSD, Service Staff, or Joint Staff.
- Military experience.
- MA or MS degree.
- CISSP or CISM Certification.
