Your Role & Impact
- Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact via phone, text, and email.
- Logistics & Dispatching: Coordinate service appointments and manage field technician schedules.
- Data Integrity: Maintain precise customer records and manage account updates.
- Team Coordination: Support sales and field teams with billing, lead management, and admin tasks.
