This role is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring dishes are prepared efficiently and consistently. Daily tasks include prepping ingredients, operating kitchen equipment safely, monitoring food quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. The Cook collaborates with other kitchen staff to support timely service, follows food safety and sanitation guidelines, and assists with inventory, storage, and rotation of ingredients. This role may also help with menu changes, specials, and process improvements as needed.
