We are looking for Line Cooks and Cashiers with a positive attitude who love cooking and Customer service. We'll teach you how much we love our Customers, AND how to cook bowlfuls of delicious teriyaki including Chicken, Steak, Tofu, Veggies, Noodles, Rice, Fried Rice, and a four of appetizers, all inspired by Japanese Seattle-style Teriyaki. Leading shifts and working the line are big responsibilities, and the right candidate will enjoy working in an organized and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task effectively, work well under pressure, and have excellent time management skills, be Flexible, Honest, Self-motivated, Hard Working, a Quick Learner, Friendly, Punctual, Reliable, a Good Communicator and able to work for extended hours on their feet. Food preparation experience is preferred.

Our Asian inspired fast casual concept serves made to order teriyaki bowls customized with only the freshest veggies, highest quality meats and flavorful house-made sauces. Not only are these bowls delicious, but warning - they're highly addictive. We take great pride in our menu, the products we serve and our expanding TEAM. Job Responsibilities/Skills

• Familiarity with a variety of food prep & cooking skills, including knife skills
• Love to have fun
• Ensure all menu items are prepared to meet our high-quality standards
• Maintain sufficient inventory of prepped ingredients
• Prep and complete Customers' orders
• Follow recipes to prepare and create our signature sauces
• Demonstrate and practice food safety
• Maintain high cleanliness standards
• Complete regular cleaning tasks
• Clean dishes with the Team
• Multi-task and prioritize work
• Set-up fellow Team Members for success by performing sidework duties
• Communicate thoughtfully with fellow Team Members
• Lead and help colleagues

• Mornings, but no early ones!

Weekly Day Range:

• Monday to Sunday
• Preference given to open shedules
• Saturday and Sunday shifts are expected
