Your Role & Responsibilities –
- Perform daily farming tasks including seeding, harvesting, weighing, and packaging microgreens.
- Assist with planting, crop maintenance, and general farm operations across multiple locations.
- Support greenhouse and irrigation practices, with willingness to learn new techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper handling of tools, equipment, and workspaces.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure quality standards are met for all products.
- Work independently and collaboratively to complete tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications –
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work independently with strong time management and adaptability in a changing environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Reliable transportation, valid California driver’s license, and clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
- Irrigation or basic plumbing experience is a plus
Pay Range–
$17.00 – 19.00 Hourly
