Job Summary

The IT / Dynamics 365 (D365) Specialist is responsible for supporting, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and related IT systems. This role partners with business stakeholders to ensure D365 solutions align with organizational needs, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, or Business Central)
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Support system integrations and data integrity
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements
  • Provide user training, documentation, and support
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
  • Support IT systems, security, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ERP/CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of business processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Experience with ERP/CRM implementations
