Are you passionate about elevating supplier performance, driving quality excellence, and shaping world‑class supply chains? Terberg Taylor Americas is growing, and we’re looking for a Supplier Development Engineer to join our Procurement team in Louisville, MS!

In this role, you’ll make a direct impact on the reliability, quality, and readiness of our suppliers—helping us deliver exceptional products across the Americas.

What You’ll Do

✅ Develop and execute strategic supplier improvement plans

✅ Lead supplier industrialization and onboarding for components & services

✅ Conduct performance, quality, and process audits

✅ Drive APQP and maintain PPAP requirements

✅ Track and improve KPIs such as capability indices, defect rates, R&R, and more

✅ Facilitate structured problem‑solving (8D, 5‑Why)

✅ Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, procurement, and category managers

✅ Manage external tooling and ensure supplier readiness

What You Bring

You’ll thrive here if you have:

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Solid understanding of production, logistics, and quality processes

• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities

• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar standards

• Project management, planning, and organizational strengths
