Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to manage and maintain accurate stock levels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory tracking, compliance reporting, and ensuring all products are properly labeled and stored according to state regulations.
Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to)
- Process cash, credit/debit, and digital payments accurately using the POS system
- Receive and verify online, mobile, and in-person orders
- Ensure accuracy of customer orders before fulfillment
- Double-check order contents against tickets before handing off
- Package and organize orders for pickup or delivery
- Ensure all items are correctly packed and meet quality standards
- Ensure all products are labeled correctly, comply with state regulations, and are not damaged
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments.
