General Job Summary
- Assist in the day-to-day processes of the Inventory and Receiving Department which include receiving product, counting inventory and stocking
Key responsibilities, duties, functions
- Unloading trucks at the dock
- Verifying paperwork, part numbers and quantities
- Cycle counting inventory and reporting/correcting discrepancies
- Putting product to stock and down stocking product in warehouse
- Processing returned merchandise
- Use of basic computer programs and learning Intuitive ERP software
- Warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Assisting employees with inventory related problems in the shipping and production departments
Work Environment
- Warehouse environment with forklift traffic
- Fast-paced at times
- Emphasis on safety
Required skills, certifications, qualifications, etc.
- High school diploma/GED
- Forklift driving experience preferred
