Key Responsibilities
End-to-End UX Program Execution
- Drive large-scale UX initiatives from concept through release
- Translate UX strategy into structured delivery plans with clear milestones
- Manage dependencies across UI engineering, backend teams, platform services, and product management
- Ensure readiness for major platform releases
- Orchestrate delivery across GUI, API, SQL IDE, CLI, and AI assistant experiences
- Align on global UX patterns (identity, onboarding, help systems, agent behavior)
- Ensure experience contracts are upheld across access layers
- Partner with UI engineering to improve development velocity and predictability
- Track and report UX-related delivery metrics (cycle time, release readiness, defect rates, AI-assisted code contribution)
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve execution risks
- Coordinate UX readiness for major launches
- Manage design-to-development handoffs and ensure implementation fidelity
- Drive UAT planning, validation workflows, and production launch checklists
- Establish clear operating cadences across design, UX PM, and engineering
- Improve prioritization clarity and reduce delivery friction
- Standardize intake, sequencing, and delivery frameworks
Who You’ll Work With
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Design, and Engineering and is responsible for accelerating the delivery of high-quality, scalable user experiences across multiple access layers — including web UI, SQL IDEs, APIs, CLI, and conversational AI interfaces.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- 7 years in technical program or project management
- Experience delivering complex UI or platform products
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and backend dependencies
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with 50 contributors
- Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Experience with data platforms, analytics products, or AI/ML applications
- Familiarity with conversational AI, agent frameworks, or IDE tooling
- Experience improving DevOps maturity or UI delivery pipelines
- Ability to interpret engineering metrics and influence delivery improvements

Salary : $169,400 - $254,100
