LOCATION: This position requires onsite presence at Tinker AFB. ABOUT THE JOB The Tepa Companies are seeking a Program Manager at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. This is a leadership position at will supervise one or more engineers or project managers in the Consolidated Sustainment Activity Group (CSAG) section of the 72nd Civil Engineer Directorate. This is a key position in the Civil Engineering Services Engineering Management contract and will report directly to the on-site program manager. Job Functions: Manage and coordinate all related activities required in the performance of all CSAG contract requirements. Coordinate and Manage all CSAG Engineering and Construction Management Deliverables. Oversee and coordinate the timely accomplishment of Services Summary Performance Objectives and Quality Performance Indicators (QPI). Oversee and coordinate the CSAG Engineering design schedule. Supervise and manage Construction Management. Supervise and manage the Engineers, Architects, technical specialists, administrative staff, and construction inspectors. Interacts daily with various government representatives such as Functional Area Staff members and contracting officers to determine work priorities, schedules and quality and timeliness of deliverables. Applies a practical knowledge of engineering methods, techniques, architecture, and historical project data to ensure project requirements are complete. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must be a degreed engineer, architect, Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional, or Construction Management Association of America Certified Construction Manager Minimum of 5 years of DoD civil engineering/public works experience Be willing to submit to and pass a background check Knowledge of project design and construction Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule) Strong organization and planning skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Salary Range: $155,251.51 - $193,495.02 Tepa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
