LOCATION: This position requires onsite presence at our project site on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst ABOUT THE JOB The Tepa Companies are seeking a General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Specialist to supports a wide range of projects critical to the mission of internal and external clients. This position provides financial and real property management support within GFEBS by reviewing and analyzing commitments, obligations, disbursements, and costs to ensure accuracy and audit readiness. Job Functions: Serves as the subject matter expert for GFEBS (General Fund Enterprise Business System) . Reviews and analyzes commitments, obligations, disbursements, and costs within GFEBS. Enters, updates, and reconciles real property and financial data for accuracy and audit readiness. Generates and customizes reports (e.g., status of funds, work orders, cost analysis) Ensures data and processes adhere to Army regulations and support audit efforts (like FIAR) Trains team members on GFEBS functionality and best practices. Assists with system upgrades, tests new functionalities, and monitors system performance. Responds to helpdesk tickets, troubleshoots errors, and provides training on GFEBS processes. Prepares deliverables for the client. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or 2 years of GFEBS or SAP experience with no degree.
