TeoPros Building Services is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to expand our presence within the HOA and community management industry across the Greater Phoenix area.
This is a relationship-driven role focused on building trust, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying opportunities to support HOA communities through maintenance, repair, renovation, and capital improvement solutions.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with HOA management companies, community managers, board members, and industry professionals
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic partnerships
- Attend board meetings, community walks, educational events, and industry functions
- Identify opportunities for maintenance, repairs, renovations, reserve projects, and capital improvements
- Serve as a trusted resource for HOA decision-makers and community stakeholders
- Collaborate with estimating, project management, and operations teams
What We're Looking For
- Experience in business development, HOA/community management, vendor relations, or account management
- Existing HOA industry relationships strongly preferred
- Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, professional, organized, and highly responsive
- CRM and Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
