About The Role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive inbound demand, expand top-of-funnel pipeline, and optimize conversion across the buyer journey. This is a hands-on, data-driven role where you’ll create and scale programs that turn awareness into measurable revenue impact.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to shape go-to-market strategy, refine messaging, and deliver campaigns that move prospects seamlessly through the funnel. About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Inbound & Demand Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel inbound campaigns (content, SEO, paid, social, partnerships, and more) to drive awareness and top-of-funnel lead growth.
- Conversion Optimization: Analyze and optimize conversion across landing pages, lead flows, and nurture programs to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to plan and execute launches for new and existing products.
- Campaign Ownership: Design, manage, and measure full-funnel campaigns that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and deliver on revenue goals.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics and performance reporting to refine marketing spend, forecast results, and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- 5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing roles.
- Proven track record driving inbound pipeline growth and improving conversion metrics.
- Strong experience with go-to-market strategy and new product launches.
- Proficiency with SEO, SEM, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and content-driven lead generation.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to guide strategy and optimize results.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing highly preferred.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
