Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership and Execution
- Support planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent AI projects and initiatives within our portfolio.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations aligned with program goals.
- Manage project interdependencies and coordinate deliverables across technology and business teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare executive updates, and deliver clear, actionable reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex AI and technology topics into business-relevant terms.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Support documentation and operational readiness for AI tools at all phases of the product life cycle.
- Promote adoption of best practices in agile project management, experimentation, and iterative delivery.
- Contribute to internal playbooks, templates, and governance frameworks.
- Continuously assess opportunities to enhance delivery processes and optimize collaboration across business and technology units.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience managing technology projects, preferably within a financial services or highly regulated environment.
- PMP or PMI certification preferred.
- Proven track record delivering projects that involve emerging technologies, data platforms, AI/ML capabilities, or technology architecture.
- Strong understanding of Agile project management methodology and tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Strong ability to interpret and communicate technical AI concepts in a business context.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and other productivity tools.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior stakeholders.
- High intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.
