This is a high-impact role where you’ll help design and build the next generation of Salesforce solutions across CRM, Financial Services Cloud, and marketing platforms—working closely with senior stakeholders and playing a key role in shaping the future-state architecture.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Salesforce Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, owning delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable solutions across Salesforce CRM, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and marketing platforms
- Build custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Design System
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and admins to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Drive integrations across platforms (CRM, Marketing Cloud, third-party tools such as lending or fintech systems)
- Lead technical design discussions and promote best practices in architecture, testing, and deployment
- Support data migration, system integration, and API development (REST/SOAP)
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps maturity (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Develop POCs, solution designs, and technical documentation
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, scalability, and user experience
- Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform optimization

What We’re Looking For
Core Experience
- 2 years of hands-on Salesforce/Force.com development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, and core Salesforce architecture
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data models
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and financial data models
- Experience with fintech platforms or lending systems (e.g., nCino or similar)
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines, etc.)
- Experience working in Agile environments
