About the Role
We are sourcing for a VP of CRM Development to drive the evolution of its enterprise CRM ecosystem. This is a highly visible, senior-level role focused on building and integrating modern, cloud-based solutions that power sales, marketing, and client engagement.
This is not a pure Salesforce development role—instead, it emphasizes Azure-based backend development, integrations, and data-driven CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities 🚀
- Lead the development of integration solutions across the firm’s CRM ecosystem
- Design and build service-based architectures connecting CRM platforms with enterprise applications
- Develop and maintain applications using Azure App Services (PaaS), Azure SQL Database, and Microsoft Fabric ☁️
- Build and optimize APIs, ETL processes, and data pipelines supporting critical business workflows
- Partner closely with business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Relationship Management 🤝
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business solutions and recommendations
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to identify enhancements, optimizations, and system improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, data discrepancies, and user queries
- Support and enhance CRM workflows, datasets, and reporting capabilities
- Contribute to the strategic vision and roadmap for the firm’s CRM platform
What We’re Looking For
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
✅ Strong experience in application development, CRM systems, or enterprise platforms
✅ 7 years of Strong programming experience in C#, Python, or Java, .NET / .NET Core in a similar financial services environment
✅Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, cloud-native development)
✅Advanced experience with SQL Server and complex querying (CTEs, window functions, data modeling, etc.)
✅Proven experience building integration solutions (APIs, ETL pipelines, data workflows)
✅Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, or similar—no deep specialization required)
✅Understanding of core CRM data models (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns)
✅Experience working across the full application lifecycle (requirements → development → deployment → support)
✅Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders 🗣️
✅Ability to work independently while collaborating in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
✅Experience in financial services, asset management, or similar industries preferred
Nice to Have ⭐
