🔹 What You'll Do
✅ Manage and enhance Salesforce configurations, security, and user access
✅ Build scalable solutions that support business growth
✅ Design and optimize advanced Salesforce Flow automations
✅ Support light Apex trigger updates and basic LWC enhancements
✅ Monitor integrations and troubleshoot data flow issues between systems
✅ Lead sandbox management, testing, deployments, and release processes
✅ Drive data governance, compliance, and platform best practices
✅ Develop executive dashboards, reports, and analytical insights
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
✅ Increase user adoption through training, support, and change management initiatives
✅ Help establish long-term Salesforce standards, governance, and platform strategy
🎯 What We're Looking For
🔹 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
🔹 Salesforce Administrator Certification required
🔹 Strong expertise in Salesforce Flow and automation design
🔹 Experience managing security models, profiles, roles, and permission sets
🔹 Familiarity with Apex triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
🔹 Experience supporting Salesforce environments with 100 users
🔹 Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and troubleshooting
🔹 Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
🔹 Ability to work independently and provide strategic recommendations
🔹 Manufacturing, distribution, or B2B sales experience is a plus
