Position Title: Product Owner (Director-Level)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Director to lead the strategy and oversight of our sales technology ecosystem, including CRM platforms and emerging digital tools. This individual will design and execute a long-term roadmap for CRM systems, optimize platform performance, and deliver actionable insights through reporting and analytics. The role involves partnering with teams across Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Finance to capture requirements, enhance processes, and manage implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define CRM needs and implement scalable solutions.
- Develop user stories and project plans; manage timelines and communicate progress to leadership.
- Translate technical challenges into clear business requirements.
- Oversee sprint planning and backlog prioritization for platform enhancements.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and workflows as processes evolve.
- Provide training and support to end-users, promoting best practices and adoption.
- Monitor data integrity and performance metrics through dashboards and validation processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience administering Salesforce in a B2B environment; financial services experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead CRM initiatives and collaborate across business units.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; advanced certifications (e.g., Developer, Business Analyst) are a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with sales enablement and analytics platforms such as Tableau, Seismic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dialpad, or Allego.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a hybrid model (4 days onsite in NYC, 1 day remote).
