Oscillator Design Engineer (OCXO / RF)
We’re hiring an Oscillator Design Engineer to develop ultra‑low phase noise, low g‑sensitivity OCXO products. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role with full ownership from concept through production in a fast‑paced, product‑driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Design and optimize OCXOs using RF/MW simulation tools
- Lead projects from concept → production release
- Drive performance, cost, and manufacturability improvements
- Support prototyping, testing, and production transition
- Collaborate across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to new product ideas
What We’re Looking For
- BSEE/MSEE preferred
- 5 years in RF/Microwave oscillator design
- Experience with ultra‑low phase noise OCXOs
- Strong skills in resonators, oscillator design, RF layout
- Proficiency with AWR, Genesys, or similar tools
- Hands-on lab experience strong leadership ability
