Job Overview
As a Key Holder, you’ll support the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant store performance. You’ll help open and close the store, organize the stockroom, manage inventory, and maintain brand standards. When the Store Manager is away, you’ll take the lead to keep everything running seamlessly.
Main Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store following TNS procedures.
- Keep the backroom organized and efficient.
- Assist with receiving, tagging, and stocking merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and process transfers.
- Support sales floor replenishment and visual updates.
- Maintain store standards for cleanliness and presentation.
- Communicate effectively with the team on daily operations.
Qualifications
- 1 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to build genuine connections based on empathy, trust, and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving retail environment.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Basic computer or POS (Point of Sale) system knowledge is a plus.
