Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage invoices using QuickBooks
- Answer and make phone calls to communicate with clients and vendors
- Maintain and update company social media accounts
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
- Support daily workflow and help keep operations organized
Qualifications:
- Basic experience with QuickBooks or willingness to learn
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using social media platforms for business purposes
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry)
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
